Ngubi Forest Trail Fest

The Ngubi Forest Trail Fest is our first forest trail run, held on Mazingira Day, 10th October 2026, at Ngubi Adventures Forest Camp in Limuru. Choose your distance - 5KM, 10KM or 15KM - through the forest trails of the Kikuyu Escarpment, at whatever pace suits you. Every entry includes your race category, an event t-shirt, a tree seedling to plant on the day, and a finisher medal, for KES 2,000 (age 13 and above) or KES 1,000 (age 12 and under). The course is marshaled throughout, with an on-site ambulance and first aid on hand, and food and other vendors so you can make a morning of it with family and friends.

This run is also a planting day. We're aiming to plant over 1,000 indigenous seedlings on the day, part of building toward 10,000 trees by Mazingira Day 2027 and 1,000,000 by 2035 - targets we've set with the Kenya Forest Service as part of our wider tree planting partnership.
